  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for selected locations (subject to limits and extra charges if applicable).

Payment Security

  • All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

  • Keppz does not store your card or banking details on our servers.

  • For your protection, we may require additional verification before processing high-value orders.

Pricing & Currency

  • All prices on the website are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned.

  • Shipping costs (if any) will be calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Payment Confirmation

  • Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order details.

  • If payment fails but your account is charged, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD may be subject to additional handling fees.

  • Refusal of COD orders at delivery may impact your ability to use COD for future purchases.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after successful return processing.
