By placing an order on Keppz:

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways such as Razorpay, PayU, and UPI. Keppz does not store your full payment information.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Delivery timelines vary by location and usually range between 5–10 business days for most pin codes across India.
Delays due to logistical issues, weather, strikes, or government restrictions are beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided.
We want you to love what you purchase from Keppz. Our Return & Refund Policy is as follows:
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and undamaged products in original packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after inspection of returned items.
Shipping costs for returns may be borne by the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to submit anything unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or misleading.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keppz Esset Global, its directors, employees, affiliates, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Keppz for the product or service in question.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Esset Global, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
We may revise these Terms from time to time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on www.keppz.com with the updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
