1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

  • Domestic Shipping (India): 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (where available)

Note: Shipping times may vary based on location, courier delays, or festive seasons.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1999.

  • Standard shipping charges apply for orders below ₹1999 or for express delivery options, shown at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details to track your delivery.

5. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics issues

  • Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order or before dispatch, whichever comes first.

  • To cancel, contact our support team at info@keppz.com or call us directly.

Note: Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not accepted. In that case, please refer to our Return Policy.

2. Order Cancellation by Keppz

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment issues or verification failure

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
